FWF Austrian Science Fund Privatrecht in unsicheren Zeiten: Zivilgerichtsbarkeit im Nationalsozialismus The volume contains the results of a project, funded by the Austrian Science Fund FWF. Approximately 55,000 civil Viennese proceedings from the NS-time were analyzed, how Nazi ideology affected into juridical practice of divorce law, inheritance law and other materias. Also, the judges themselves are examined biographically.
